We ship worldwide, but the delivery of certain goods in certain territories may be restricted. 

Shipping price

The exact price for freight will be calculated on the checkout page when you enter your address with ZIP code. Please note that some countries have the possibility to choose between standard & faster delivery options. Shipping fees range from EUR 10 per order to EUR 70 per order. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Taxes & Duties

Millo is shipped from the European Union & some countries outside the European Union are eligible for import VAT or extra taxes. The duty (or customs taxes tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities. Please check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Millo Appliances UAB holds no responsibility for any fees levied.

Expected delivery time

Delivery time depends on the region where we are shipping to. Usually, it's between 3 to 6 business days depending on whether you're in the European Union or outside it.

We send the exact date and time of delivery by e-mail. You will receive a tracking number via email and will be able to track a parcel on the system of the delivery service provider or in other means.

Returns & warranty

millo and its accessories come with a 2 (two) years warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
